01ANALYSIS

In the forthcoming analysis workshops, encompassing several sessions, we will work together to assess your existing business operations and the outcomes you wish to achieve, identifying the essential actions, functionalities, and requirements needed.

The discussions in these workshops will cover topics such as:

- The integration requirements with other applications or data sources
- An analysis of your current business processes
- Reporting, the use of standard documents, and data management

02BLUEPRINT

The result of the workshops will be a comprehensive solution blueprint. This blueprint will detail the requirements and the corresponding technical solutions. It will be endorsed by both parties and serve as the guiding roadmap for the final deliverable.

03IMPLEMENTATION

Once the blueprint receives the customer's approval, the migration efforts will commence. The environment will be tailored to your specifications, and through an iterative process, each feature will be released for your evaluation, review, and final acceptance.

04DATA IMPORT & TESTING

Data is currently being imported from the original source, and initial testing will be conducted to ensure that all agreed-upon functionalities are available and that the data from the original source is displayed correctly in the environment.

05USER TRAINING, TESTING

The tailored version of Dynamics 365 Sales is now complete, and it's time to conduct tests to identify any potential errors that may have occurred during development and configuration. User Acceptance Testing is usually performed by the customer using their own test scripts. Thus, we begin by training the end-users, followed by the commencement of User Acceptance Testing.

06GO-LIVE SUPPORT

Once all testing is complete and issues are resolved, we are set to go live. The solution, as outlined in the Blueprint, is prepared for real-world application. Throughout the go-live phase, we will remain on standby to address any emerging issues promptly. In parallel, we will conduct training for your technical team to transition the management of the solution into your hands going forward.
