With this application, we demonstrate how a sales manager uses customer preferences, leveraged from digital footprints and online journey, to provide a curated experience that delights the customer with personalized offers.

The Portal highlights the B2C interactions, showcases inventory browsing, car configuration, scheduling test drives, forums and post activities. It also covers an omnichannel interaction with a bot and highlights the ability to escalate to an engagement.

The Service Advisor app is completely designed to provide a holistic view of the daily appointments, car service history, simple access to value added services and other information that empowers the service advisor to provide an exceptional customer experience and opportunity to sell additional services and products.

SplashAutomotive and the Common Data Model supports inbound lead data based on the STAR guidelines. The form below showcases a sample lead disposition process based on a consistent set of activities while highlighting native Dynamics 365 AI and Insight capabilities for Predictive Lead Scoring and Relationship Analytics.

The opportunity form shows key details, provides deep insights based Dynamics 365 Relationship Analytics, Opportunity Scoring and present users with relevant data associated with the opportunity (Test Drive activities, Deal Files, Product line items).

Example fo PowerBI dashboards embedded within Dynamics 365 in the SplashAutomotive Sample application. With the example vehicle inventory dashboard, the inventory manager can quickly gain insights into total inventory/assets cost, number of available units, aged inventory value percentage by model year, list price by model year or drill down into inventory breakdown by month received.

SplashDev is able to support you in implementing the above solution against a standard fixed price. We can deploy either on Premise or in the Cloud. Once we implemented the solution you can either configure and customize SplashAutomotive yourself or we can help you to implement your business processes in the system, provide your with connectors and help you getting ahead of the competition.

Costs
The costs for the implementation of SplashAutomotive differs. The cost for implementing the standard solution without further customization or configuration is €3,500 per installation plus the costs for the Microsoft Dynamics licenses which are monthly or yearly recurring. In additional you pay a license costs per month for SplashAutomotive. This gives you the right for the latest version, once this comes available.
Once you have SplashAutomotive installed you can choose to either customize and configure it yourself or you can work together with SplashDev to have the solution setup exactly to your needs. The costs for this depends on your needs and requirements.
