Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
As a Microsoft partner in Austria, we help growing businesses choose, implement and extend Dynamics 365 Business Central — the ERP for finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and projects. We start with your processes, not with the software.
A good fit if
Spreadsheets, separate tools and manual reconciliation are slowing down finance, purchasing or stock management.
What you get
Finance, purchasing, sales, inventory and projects in one place — in the cloud and connected to Microsoft 365.
What we do
You work with one partner from the first analysis to go-live and beyond — no hand-offs between sales, consultants and developers.
We map your processes and requirements, check whether Business Central fits and design how it should be set up — including what to keep standard.
Step-by-step setup, data migration from your current system, testing with your team and training, so everyone can work with it from day one.
Custom extensions, interfaces to your other systems and automated workflows — only where standard functionality isn’t enough.
How we work
A typical Business Central implementation takes three to six months, depending on scope, data and the number of processes. You always know what comes next.
Step 1 · 2–4 weeks
We look at how you work today, define the requirements and decide what Business Central covers as standard — and what really needs to be built.
Step 2 · 1–3 months
We set up Business Central for your company, migrate master data and open items from your current system and connect banking, document capture and other tools.
Step 3 · 2–4 weeks
Your team tests with real cases, we adjust what is missing, and everyone is trained on the processes they use every day.
Step 4 · ongoing
We go live on a planned date, stay close during the first closing period and remain your contact for questions and improvements.
Typical processes
Business Central covers the core processes of small and mid-sized businesses. We focus on the ones that matter most to you.
General ledger, payables and receivables, bank reconciliation and VAT — with fewer manual steps.
Orders, goods receipts and stock levels in one view, so you know what you have and what you need.
Quotes, orders, deliveries and invoices in one flow, connected to your customer data.
Track project costs and time, and get reliable reports without rebuilding spreadsheets every month.
Business Central in practice
A German energy consulting company replaced its proALPHA ERP with Dynamics 365 Business Central in the cloud. We took care of the complete migration and set up its finance processes from end to end.
Starting point
The company wanted to replace its existing proALPHA environment with a modern cloud ERP that fits its size and connects to Microsoft 365.
What we did
Migration to Business Central online and setup of everything needed for outgoing and incoming invoices, payments and the related finance processes.
Add-ons
Continia Document Capture reads incoming invoices automatically, and Bankfeed connects Business Central directly to the company’s banks.
Result
Incoming invoices arrive in a dedicated inbox and are recognised and booked automatically. Payments and bank statements update daily, payment reminders go out automatically and reporting runs in real time in Power BI — so the accounting team can focus on more valuable work than day-to-day routine.
